Billing and Payment Terms

  • 30-Day Free Trial: We offer a 30-day free trial for all new clients. No payment is required during this period. If you choose to continue after the trial, you will be billed for the first month.

  • Billing Cycle: Payments are due on the first day of each billing cycle, following the completion of the free trial.

  • Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of your campaigns.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time by providing a 30-day notice. If you fail to provide notice 30 days before the next billing cycle, you will be charged for the subsequent month.


Contract Termination

  • During the Trial: If you do not wish to continue after the 30-day trial, you must notify us before the trial ends. Otherwise, you will be billed for the first month.

  • After the Trial: Following the trial, you can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice.


Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for services already rendered. However, if a billing error occurs, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and maintain required accounts (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager). Clients are responsible for ensuring their campaigns align with their business goals.


PPC Agents’ Responsibilities

We will manage your campaigns, provide monthly reports, and ensure transparency throughout the service period.


Modifications to Services

PPC Agents reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. You will be notified if significant changes affect your campaigns.


Intellectual Property and Reservation of Rights

The Website and related services are provided under a license, and not sold to you. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Website or services. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Website, including intellectual property rights.


Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. PPC Agents disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
